As our Lead Assembler, you will assist in supervision and ensuring all manufacturing is following the defined criteria of the working document file.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the production of corresponding products
• Must be able to supervise production and discipline when appropriate
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to train assemblers/operators as needed
• Must be proficient with Outlook as well as the company’s MRP/ERP system
• Must be a team player
• QP-8.5.100 Control of Production Processes and Service
• IPC- WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards
• J-STD-001 (optional)
• AV1200-4 (optional)
• WI-7.3.B Awareness

What will you be Accountable for?

• Assist in supervising and motivating all production personnel
• Assist in assigning work duties and maintaining workflow
• Ensures all documentation is complete before production
• Responsible for following rules and regulations set by the company

Enhance efficiencies through collaboration and teamwork. Implement clear channels for communication, and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for expediting daily
• Responsible for checking and filing the closure of work orders
• Responsible for re-working any identified non-conforming product and submitting for re-inspection
